A thoughtful renovation transformed this historic summer home while maintaining the character and meeting strict coastal requirements to accommodate the needs of the new family. The renovation focused around updating finishes, reconfiguring the second floor and a new Bedroom Suite above an existing addition with views out to Little Narragansett Bay.
